「Almost everything was perfect. Check in felt slightly rushed. The huge disappointment was the morning of checkout I had planned to visit the pool until I had to leave because the evening before it overflowing with children. Not a problem to me but I didnt want to get in the way of the kids playing. Plus water needed attention. I figured they would balance water overnight. Well needless to say by 11am the next morning I still couldn't swim and it was checkout time the pool was closed the cleaning...

「The hotel looked like it was brand new. The room was clean and fresh. Housekeeping and front desk staff were outstanding. Great coffee machine with options for cappuccino's, vanilla lattes, regular coffee, Americano's and vanilla cappuccino's. Best hotel coffee ever. Also 24-7 soft ice cream dispenser. Breakfast attendant kept everything stocked.」

「Parking was a cinch. The location is serene and relaxed. A darling wine bar across the street and Walgreens is a 3-minute walk. The free breakfast was a bit chaotic but adequate. I was dismayed to see teenagers wearing pajamas in the breakfast area and well-fed families hoarding food, but this is the new normal, I guess. 」

「Have a nice staying afternoon 8 hours driving. Room is great and clean. Breakfast is at the nice and have things we needed. The swimming pool is open and have kids playing in it. We hadn’t use it. Instead we use the fitting room for half an hour. Facilities are some what old and make annoying sounds when used.」

「A/C didn’t work in the room. We asked front to fix it. My daughter ended up fixing it. The maids service was lacking. We didn’t get the room we booked. We booked a suite and we got a regular room. 」

「Our room was dirty. The bathroom was FILTHY, moldy and mildew everywhere accompanied by hairs that didn’t belong to us. Spider webs in every upper and lower corner of the room. Cobwebs on the ceiling . Stains on the bed sheets and comforter. We requested a non smoking room two times and our room smelled like there was an entire pack of cigarettes burning. We didn’t have an ice bucket because they are not required to keep them for every room. The front desk said they had a handful of them, but...

「The room was clean, Staff was Excellent. Great place to do Laundry and use the Gym. Breakfast was Excellent and the Staff was wonderful. Love that there were plenty of restaurants, in walking distance. Excellent!!! Walmart, & other stores were also in Walking distance. as well. 」

「It was under renovation but kept very clean. Staff was really nice and rooms were clean.」

「We had a great stay. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would stay again! Also the Irish Pub next door had great food as well. 」
