「The room was very clean. The breakfast was horrible. I would not stay here again.」

「This is a newer property and it was so clean. I told my husband it’s the nicest Residence Inn I’ve stayed in and I used to work for Marriott. We only stayed 1 night, in town for a concert at The Factory. We didn’t use the amenities but the 5 stars is all about cleanliness, nice public spaces and LOCATION! The Factory was about a 10 minute walk through a developed area that was family friendly and had several restaurants, bars and shops where they’ve infused the area with STL local downtown...

「It was an excellent stay overall! We had a few minor issues (the room had dirt on the floor when we checked in), but I let the staff know about it and they cleaned it up right away. Excellent staff! Breakfast has lots of options, including fresh fruit, which was delicious. There was coffee, water and soda available 24/7, too. And they served hot snacks from 4-6pm. Board games were available in the lobby. My kids enjoyed playing those. The pool was clean and fun. We loved seeing all the plants...

「Have a nice staying afternoon 8 hours driving. Room is great and clean. Breakfast is at the nice and have things we needed. The swimming pool is open and have kids playing in it. We hadn’t use it. Instead we use the fitting room for half an hour. Facilities are some what old and make annoying sounds when used.」

「The hotel pictures looked good but were very deceiving! There was a bad smell that I had to spray our room with perfume a few times a day just to cover it. The bathroom was not very clean and the whole hotel looked like it was from the 1980’s! Not a good experience at all!!! Would not suggest it to anyone!」
