「The sheets on one bed had stains on them.」

「The hotel itself was clean overall. However on our second day there our toilet stopped working and we asked for towels. We didn’t get either even though we called twice. We went without a working toilet in our room for over 24 hours and didn’t get any help in this regard until I called again prior to checkout when they came up and said the toilet would have to be taken apart to be fixed. It was very inconvenient. 」

「Have a nice staying afternoon 8 hours driving. Room is great and clean. Breakfast is at the nice and have things we needed. The swimming pool is open and have kids playing in it. We hadn’t use it. Instead we use the fitting room for half an hour. Facilities are some what old and make annoying sounds when used.」

「The shower had hair in it. The vents were full of dust. We woke up with head congestion from dust and mildew smell. Lights with burnt out light bulbs in room. Hotel was out of ice buckets. Hotel had two ice machines and neither worked. Shampoo and shower gel dispenser were broken. Staff and front desk supervisor stated ice buckets were not mandatory. Maintenance and housekeeping supervisor not available. 」

「This property is currently under some remodeling, but it is being updated nicely! The staff is very accommodating and friendly. And there is so much to do in this area! We really enjoyed our stay.」
