"The hotel is very nice and clean. Staff is very friendly. There are no signs telling you where the elevator or where breakfast is served. There are no clocks in the room and no mirror in the sleeping area. The sink in the room is good, but not helpful due to no mirror."

"1. They double billed me but won’t answer the phone even with hotels.com calling. What is odd it’s a different amount than the original charge 2. Beds are flat and hard. Similar to a prison. 3. Breakfast area was ok but coffee not good at all. 4. Not enough soap, shampoo provided we went out and bought some. 5. Bathroom fan loud, dead bugs bathroom fan, window almost too dirty to see out. 6. Stayed in town for the air show. We didn’t spend too much time in room. I wouldn’t feel comfortable for wife and kids to stay by themselves."

"The Managers ar the front desk are pretty useless. I only booked here because it said that cribs or pack n plays were available. I confirmed via phone they had one. Apparently they lie. Upon check in with a very exhausted 6 month old baby, we were told they needed to find the crib. 1 manager didnt know what a crib was. Then they said "if" they find it, they'll put it in our room while we grabbed a bite to eat. No call saying they didnt have 1 so we could buy one. Luckily we had the forethought to buy one in case. Upon our return & realizing they didnt have a crib, the manager got snippy with my husband when he inquired about the status. We will not stay here again. Plus they were extremely slow on check in & didnt know their system. Not to mention, the bartender had to hunt someone down just to check us in after waiting at the desk for 10mins. They were yapping it up in back."
