"I am writing to express my serious disappointment regarding my recent stay. The room I was provided had significant plumbing issues; the fittings under the washbasin were leaking, and the water pressure was so poor that it made basic tasks like washing my hands—let alone my face—nearly impossible. Given that I paid $120 a night for a room that was advertised at $65, this experience was completely unacceptable and certainly not worth the premium price charged. Frankly, this level of maintenance and pricing makes me feel like I need to think twice before considering a stay with your establishment again.""

"Typical filthy Motel / HOTEL reflecting decline. Not sure why name brand hotel chains franchise their properties to low end owners. I guess that's the Comfort Inn business model. And these places ain't cheap either. I wouldn't stay in this place if I were you."

"The hotel is very nice and clean. Staff is very friendly. There are no signs telling you where the elevator or where breakfast is served. There are no clocks in the room and no mirror in the sleeping area. The sink in the room is good, but not helpful due to no mirror."

"The Managers ar the front desk are pretty useless. I only booked here because it said that cribs or pack n plays were available. I confirmed via phone they had one. Apparently they lie. Upon check in with a very exhausted 6 month old baby, we were told they needed to find the crib. 1 manager didnt know what a crib was. Then they said "if" they find it, they'll put it in our room while we grabbed a bite to eat. No call saying they didnt have 1 so we could buy one. Luckily we had the forethought to buy one in case. Upon our return & realizing they didnt have a crib, the manager got snippy with my husband when he inquired about the status. We will not stay here again. Plus they were extremely slow on check in & didnt know their system. Not to mention, the bartender had to hunt someone down just to check us in after waiting at the desk for 10mins. They were yapping it up in back."
