It was nice. I wish there wasn't a law about not having an elevator in a 2 story building. Staff was pleasant and professional. Room was nice. It was quiet. I only stayed 1 night but would stay there again.

Fue buena la estancia, pero, las sábanas estaban manchadas y el retrete sucio. El personal de recepción muy amable.

The staff was very polite and helpful. The room was a very nice size. There weren’t really any outlets and pretty sure my bed was broken but it was doable for a night stay.

Everything was good once you get past the neighborhood trash you inevitably get around this area. We walked to Rally's to get supper but did not feel we were safe in doing so.

Breakfast was very basic but still good. Room was okay, my main complaint is that the blankets had a faint urine smell on them, so it makes me question how clean they were.

Got in, no one at the desk for atleast 25 minutes. Booked a handicap king size room. They gave us a room in the 2nd floor (no elevators) the room was dirty and a double bed. Went to get our room fixed and the front desk told us they didn’t have our room anymore because the over booked it. Gave us a different room that had blood stains in the bed. Third room was ok. Continual breakfast was stale bagels with magnets inside the display case. No juice, milk or water available.

I asked multiple times for a do not disturb door hanger. The property would not give me one and the cleaning guy was insistent that he was coming in even when I told him no. It was to the point that I had to slam his foot in the door at one point to keep him from coming in on me half dressed!! I felt totally violated!
