「I had a pleasant stay overall. The young front desk guy with curly hair was not only handsome but also extremely kind — truly six-star service! 「I went there for the first time over Fourth of July weekend and the rooms were dated and not clean. Dishes from previous guests were in our doorway, and remained there overnight and well into our first full day. Add to that we found pubic hair in the bathroom on the floor and when we brought to housekeeping’s attention, they came and cleaned the room but still neglected to take care of the hair. It was foul. 「Staff was very helpful and friendly. There’s no complementary breakfast but there’s a Dunkin Donut and Waffle House nearby. There’s currently construction going on right in front so lots of noise. The windows are not soundproof at all. The shower is extremely slippery; use the provided mat. Next time I will opt to choose a hotel with complimentary breakfast for easier logistics.」
