「We often stay at this hotel when we come to Jacksonville because the experience is normally good. The only issue we had this time was acquiring more towels. They gave us the run around about towels and wash cloths, they only offered two of each but there was three of us in a room. I over heard a staff member discussing the matter, but she seemed to be talking poorly about our request. Besides that the room works well and is great for short term stay.」
