「The property is beautiful and conveniently located close to The beach with easy access. We rented bikes from the hotel and the island bike trail Is right off the property . We spent alot of the time at the pool and there were ample chairs and umbrellas and the foliage around the pool takes the experience to a higher level Chairs are located outside the rooms and we sat outside with coffee in the morning and there was never sun beating down on us」

「The property itself is very lovely and rich with history. It was peaceful to walk around and observe the beautiful oak trees. My room however had carpet with stains everywhere. I was surprised for the cost of the room that the carpet looked really dirty.」

「The location can’t be beat - right on the ocean, right on the bike path, two restaurants on either side so you don’t have to drive anywhere if you don’t want to. We have stayed here several times, however on this trip we noticed how rundown the property is looking. Lots of stains, chips, and scuffs on the walls, lots of rust on steps and railings, shower looking old and dingy, dirty carpeting (the water in the floor of the shower would turn black when you stepped in if you had been barefoot in...
