「We were given a king upgrade which was very nice of the staff person. When we arrived in our room the shower was non functional the AC needed a new battery, the tv was no where near anyplace to watch it. The ice machine was also broken and an inconveniece. We called the evening of our first night and the next day everything but the TV was fixed. No one called us during our three night stay to make sure everything was ok. I would not spend money on that again. The power was off and on, which was not in their control, but the front desk staff could have been more forthcoming with information. Also, they did not allow anyone early check-ins at all. I don’t understand why they can’t get any rooms ready before 4. 」
