「Very helpful staff! Clean and comfortable. My only complaint is the shower; the door made a lot of noise when opening and no place to put my feet for shaving.」

「Spent one night while traveling. Location right off of I95 was excellent. Lots of shopping, restaurants, even a Sam’s Club within 5 minutes, you can take a back street to get there avoiding lots of traffic in the area during rush hour. Hotel is new, rooms are very comfortable, standard Residence Inn quality. The free breakfast is standard fare, still trying to figure out what those scrambled eggs are really made of, tasteless. When we checked in to our “clean room” it was not clean, we had...

「Perfect for our one night stay on the drive from New Jersey to Florida」

「The room is a bit old, but the lobby is well designed.」

「Bed was extremely comfortable. Pillows were hard as a rock and too high. Plenty of room to walk dog. Didn’t like that is was a cashless hotel. No petty cash to change my $20 for maid or kitchen help. Had to ask another customer in the lobby. Fortunately it was full and when I shouted out does anyone have change for a $20, someone did.」

「All was well other than the pillows for my kids pull out bed. They had mold on them. They might have been placed in the clear wrapper wet. Everything else was good. Staff very friendly and helpful. I just gave the kids a pillow from the main bed. 3 out 5.」

「Honestly loved this property, was super clean and spacious! Just wish the breakfast was a bit better, but overall still a great choice.」

「The staff was welcoming and thank us for choo」

「The room was the expected size. I use this hotel everywhere I go. But this one wasn't clean to the best of it's ability. We seen roaches in the bathroom. I took pictures. When I went down stairs the next day to check out, I was showing the front desk employee the picture and they act as if they didn't need to see the picture and said "I believe you", as if they knew about the rodents. I never seen any cleaning staff to report it to so that's why I waiting until check out to advise of that. Also,...

「good location」

「The front desk night clerk seemed annoyed at my very presence while checking in. The lady working the following morning was very nice and pleasant. The room was supposed to be nonsmoking but it definitely was not.」

「Disappointed that hot tub was not working. Internet was not reliable. Rooms were very nice and easily accessible.」
