"Our room was clean, and the staff were great! They were always greeting us with a smile and being polite when we needed anything. We loved having such easy access to the beach and everything else on the island. My family and I would definitely return to this hotel!"

"Have stayed here numerous times because of location, spacious rooms, and, previously nice staff. Apparently a corporation from California bought them. Now check-in is solely online/or code. Heaven forbid you get there at 340pm. It's a hard check-in at 4pm. Otherwise you're charged $75. We had issues ..."

"Stated check in was at 4pm. Got there around 4:15 and they were saying the room wasn't ready and that anytime between 4 and 6pm for check in. The reservation stated a queen size bed and it was not queen size. It had a full size bed in. I have stayed 4 times at Villas and this was probably the worst ..."
