"Breakfast was fair"

"Stay was a series of hits and misses. Hits included the fancy coffee machine and water bottle filling machine in the breakfast area. Snacks and bottles of complimentary water in the lobby. Pleasant staff. Location of hotel to the beach. Misses included tiny “suites” room (#323) loosely called a suite. Carpeting in hotel should have been replaced 20 years ago. Tiny balcony with tiny plastic chairs. Lack of parking. Lack of restaurants within walking distance. Overall our stay was ok, but not sure we would return to Fernandina Island."

"We enjoyed our stay at Springhill for one night. The location is amazing and we were able to easily walk to the beach. Our room was clean and we had plenty of space. The only disappointment was that the shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower were completely empty…. Zilch. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. "

"Quiet spot just steps from the beach. Your needs are covered with a fully equipped kitchen We kept the front door open so we could enjoy the sound of the waves and cool weather. There is an outside sitting area by your front door. Bed was very comfortable. "

"Pool is not heated. Staff was excellent. Room was clean and hotel well maintained but Toilets never brushed under rims left odor in bathroom. Internet room door was severely damaged it looked like it was broken into. I would say this hotel is a good choice if you are not looking to swim. Breakfast was above average and this is a nice hotel. But check in could not make keys so it took 15 minutes to make keys. Internet did not work without calling support for access code even being a Bonvoy member the internet access was not recognized. Room sizes are excellent with work space available. "
