"The staff was so nice and helpful. The breakfast was amazing and worth every penny. There was a false alarm and the fire alarm went off and I had to go down 4 flights of steps with 3 year old who were terrified. I’m not sure if that’s a recurring issue but one of the employees said it happened all the time. That should be fixed immediately. My kids were sleeping and that startled all of us "

"My room was very well kept although others traveling with us did not have a good experience! My only critique is no fridge, no microwave in the room and the ice/vending machines on my floor was out of order and dirty! By the looks of it, they had been for a while! So no way to keep beverages I purchased cold, eventually had to toss them out! Housekeeping staff was excellent and timely, didn’t have to ask or look for them! They were there by 8/9am."

"Nothing like the pictures I saw online. They left a used soap on the back of the toilet. Looks like homeless people were living there. I won’t be back. I hope I get my 50 back soon. "
