"Wanted to find a place to stay for business near the office in Jacksonville Beach. I ran into a problem when I arrived as someone had checked into my room which was immediately obvious to the team as they had a different signature. The team was amazing as they put me in another room and re-arranged other stays so I didn’t have to switch rooms Thank you for handling this and the amazing service as I was at the office all day and this would have been a real pain to deal with."

"Even though the property was very old it was fairly well maintained. Part of the charm is how they used to do things compared to the way hotels are now. But most of all the service was impeccable. From the front desk personnel to the restaurant on site it was wonderful!"
