Mold on the tiles of the bathroom... got a refund and got told to wait until 2 am to see if there would be a new room. No thanks, I went to the Marriot.」

「I was appalled with the height of the shower head. I was in an accessible room for a walk in shower since I don't do well stepping over into and out of a tub. The shower fixture was placed where the ceiling and wall met (easily 6.5-7 ft high) which caused me to have to stand on my tip toes to reach the shower head to move it as it was shoved over toward the side of the shower wall (so water wouldn't splash out). If I had been in a wheelchair, I'd have not gotten to shower without getting...
