We gave it two stars, one for being pet friendly and one just for being a place to stay.
It has poor workmanship in that the shower walls didn’t actually meet each other, and there was tile missing.
The beds weren’t comfy and the noise levels are very high, both from the road and parking lot as well as from in the halls, a person speaking normally outside your door was completely heard inside the room.
The breakfast eggs and chicken were so gross we had to toss it out. Even something as simple as the muffins had soggy bottoms.
In all, it’s hard to believe that Hilton attaches their name to this property, and we will not stay at this or any TRU properties again. It was $171.00 for the night. The staff were terrific! That is about as positive as I can be about it!
