Our room wasn’t cleaned one day. Our trash cans were overflowing. One day the housekeeper, I am sure accidentally, threw away a a bag with about 30 to 40 dollars worth of goods in it. The staff was very noce.

Great "baseball trip" vacation for a few days. Adorable city- great pool area and bar food. Workout room was good and the restaurant in the lobby was great. Lots of great restaurants in walking distance, which was nice. Highly recommend if you were going to be staying in this area.

2nd stay and still impressed

This is a great place to settle in for a couple of nights with the family and enough amenities that you don’t really have to leave if you don’t want to, very well staffed literally did not have to wait for anything. Pools and beach are not overcrowded but not empty either, very chill vibe and perfectly sized for a cool vibe and resort feel without being overcrowded or corporate

No room cleaning day 1, the patio in 273 looked like it should be inspected by the state for mold. It was terrible, toilet leaked and refilled itself every 10 minutes. Food was very good and wait staff was wonderful. We would not stay there again. This is the first time we have given anyone a poor rating.
