We enjoyed our stay here very much. Love the schoolhouse vibe. The staff were welcoming and friendly. One suggestion would be to install towel hanging hooks or rings on the framing wall outside the shower. The shelf above the toilet is a risky spot for towels. The hooks on the door is just enough to hang robes or clothings.

Beautifully restore old school turned into a boutique hotel. Each room is different and unique. Very comfortable rooms. Our guest respect when its quiet time. Bar area is great, they have beer,wine & cocktails. Each night the hotel offered music entertainment in their courtyard. Drinks are reasonable priced. And each morning they had a continental breakfast: toast, bagels,cereal etc coffee, teas & juice l.

Nice location and very clean and quiet property. We would stay there again, which is high praise because we are fussy old people! If you're looking for a beach vacation this is the wrong property, as it is not walkable to the beach. It is however only a couple of blocks from the main downtown area which has all the restaurants, bars and entertainment.

The room was sufficiently large and clean as was the bathroom. There is an elevator for rooms on the second floor. The staff was helpful. The bar scene was fun. There is a happy hour every day from four to six and there is outside seating nearby. The location of the hotel could not have been better. Easy walks to good restaurants and the bay front. Also good free parking.
