Excellent property, close to downtown. Very limited breakfast options. Bed was extremely soft, too soft for people with back problems. Overall a very good location to stay in Fernandina Beach

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Love the schoolhouse vibe. The staff were welcoming and friendly. One suggestion would be to install towel hanging hooks or rings on the framing wall outside the shower. The shelf above the toilet is a risky spot for towels. The hooks on the door is just enough to hang robes or clothings.

Beautifully restore old school turned into a boutique hotel. Each room is different and unique. Very comfortable rooms. Our guest respect when its quiet time. Bar area is great, they have beer, wine & cocktails. Each night the hotel offered music entertainment in their courtyard. Drinks are reasonable priced. And each morning they had a continental breakfast: toast, bagels, cereal etc coffee, teas & juice l.
