「We got the highest room on 8th floor after making the request. Hispanic man at front desk was very helpful and kind and called when room was ready. The hotel has been recently updated and is really nice. I loved our room. There are only 2 elevators and they are very slow. We were there Monday thru wed so can’t imagine the wait on the weekends.
