不喜歡：整潔度和設施服務
Though the stay overall was fine, when we arrived, front staff was cold and unwelcoming. Immediately had to change rooms due to a stain on the bed and dirty mirrors. After moving we realized wifi is $5/day, you can’t cast to the tv, and no options to stream from things like Netflix/hulu. My kids were with me so we just kept Disney channel on but they were bummed. When walking down the hallway, you can hear the conversations occurring in the rooms you pass by. There were areas like under and around the ac, under the sink, sides of the bed that were either dirty or had odd stains. Also the room lighting situation was odd. As for the positive, though the pool is small, it was perfect for my kids and they loved it. The cleaning staff and kitchen staff are delightful. The beds were comfortable. The staff was kind as we checked out. There were always clean towels and the bathroom was clean. Breakfast was really sparse but okay. My kids only cared about the waffle machine. Communal areas were clean and aesthetically pleasing.
Overall if I couldn’t find anything in a pinch, I’d go back but only as a family. I had a second trip scheduled in the same hotel but ended up canceling during my stay. Not the place I would choose to stay with my husband or by myself. There are so many options in the area. We will try something else next time.
