「The staff was nice. The breakfast was good. But the beautiful pool that they show and hot tub as their main attraction on their pictures is closed due to health issues. This isn’t a recent closure. It’s been closed since December. But they don’t have it on the website. Also, I think this reflects very poor on Expedia for not keeping up-to-date on the hotels as well. None of the pool, hot tub kids area. None of it was open all it has been closed for over six months. Extremely disappointing for...

「Courteous and friendly staff. Always said hello when arriving or leaving.」

「The staff was very nice. The room was outdated. Thermostat battery was out, phone wasn’t working. Microwave and safe inconvenient, they were on bottom shelf. Basically on the floor. Be ready to be woken up at sunrise. The curtains allow sunlight to come streaming in. Room could use updating. Bathroom needs ventilation. There’s no counter space or shelves in the bathroom. Cheap coffee maker. The pool room needs better ventilation. It was extremely hot in the pool room. Twice we had to go ask for...

「The stay was great, the kids had lots of fun. The only issue we had was breakfast was pretty terrible. Cold food and the potatoes were definitely not fresh. We went somewhere else to eat. Other than that, everything was pretty awesome.」

「The property smelled musty and the sheets were filthy. There were roach droppings and random bug parts in the sheets. I ended up leaving after being denied a refund and had to drive 3+ hours back home in the middle of the night. I asked the clerk about a refund after coming back from the conference I was at around 11pm. Since I checked in at 7pm, dropped my bags and went back to my conference he said I was not entitled to a refund.」

「I never got to check in. The door to office was open but staff was nonexistent. I rang the bell several times. I called the motel from my cell several times all to no avail. It will become a problem if I end up paying for the stay that didn't happen.」
