「Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. I felt like a valued guest.」

「Hot tub was not in service. Pool was nice but hours were very limited. 9am-9pm, which did not afford early leavers to get in a morning swim. Sink was visibly clogged with good. Staff were friendly and helpful.」

After the first night, housekeeping took all of my husband's medication, his charger, his shoes, and his personal hygiene items—claiming they threw them in the trash. I don't understand why they would do that; since I had a five-night reservation, their only job was to clean, not to take personal belongings.」

「The room wasn’t very clean. There was gross grime in the corners of the bathroom, the walls in the room hand splatter stains, and just overall dingy. The pool area had garbage and stuff on the ground. It seemed to never have been picked up and the tables always dirty. Not wiped down after people had sat and eaten at them. The front desk staff gave us wrong directions on which way to get to the room and wrong door number to enter from parking lot. Room towels weren’t replaced unless asked. The...

「I never got to check in. The door to office was open but staff was nonexistent. I rang the bell several times. I called the motel from my cell several times all to no avail. It will become a problem if I end up paying for the stay that didn't happen.」

「The staff was amazing! There were a couple room issues we brought to the staff's attention, which they handled promptly. The bed was comfy. Room was great. The only downfall of the room was how loud the AC unit is when it kicks on...unfortunately I'm a light sleeper and woke up almost everytime it turned on. Overall, I would recommend.」
