「It was a nice stay and the kids loved the pool area. The 2 hot tubs were amazing. Hot Hot. The only disappointment was having to pay for breakfast at the restaurant attached to hotel. They gave 10% coupon but its pricey for breakfast」

「This hotel looks nothing like the pictures. It is very run down and dirty. I booked for two nights, but after the first night, there was no way I was staying another night so I went to check out and cancel second night. They refused to give me a refund for the second night, even though it was before 11am. No water pressure in the shower, cold air draft coming right in through the door to the room, worn out bed, didn't look like the room has been cleaned in months, it was disgusting.」

There was a 75 dollar hold on my card that didnt go away until after I checked out. Didn't think this was unusual as I've been charged more for a deposit at other places.
