「They double charged for the deposit and it has been over 2 weeks since I’ve inquired about my refunds. Still nothing. Their system recently upgraded apparently and when we checked in they couldn’t find my reservation and after 45 minutes they were able to locate it in their old system. Went up to our room and the housekeepers were in there cleaning it, mind you it’s after 7pm. So we went for dinner while they finished.」

「We were in town for a family wedding and I reserved 3 rooms for us. My family showed up to check in and they were denied access because I was not physically present (I was coming later). Even though my wife is included in my profile they could not get in. My wife, daughter, and daughter-in-law had copies of the reservation but they would not honor them.
