This hotel appears to be a rebrand of an old Residence Inn by Marriott, with room layouts that are great for their suite configurations. The staff were all very helpful and the location is excellent. It is close to major shopping, restaurants with easy access to the freeway. The room I was in would benefit greatly from an upgrade though.

Room was clean, fold out couch not as much. Well equipped kitchen for a longer stay or to make your own meals. It was nice to have a pool, but it was small. Some outdoor space was nice. Was not told that the breakfast was free and didn’t realize it until 10 am when it closed. This would have been nice in the advertising and from check in worker.

Our room had a fireplace which is why we chose it. When we got there and asked for the firewood at the front desk they said they don't use the fireplaces it's just for show now. Even though our room had a plaque on the mantle saying "I hope you enjoy your fireplace wood is available at the front desk please make sure to open your flu" Every single dish in the cupboards was filthy. The glasses still had lip stains on it. The Windows had handprints on it. Our stove started smoking and the pan that was in there had hair hanging off of it and it caught fire grease at the bottom of the stove... this room had not been thoroughly cleaned in a really long time , we were not able to use the kitchen at all. Or the fireplace apparently. The bathtub was broken no drain stopper so we couldn't use the tub first soak. We ended up checking out after one day and finding a new hotel for the rest of our vacation. it was miserable

It was great to have a place to cook and eat. However, the cleanliness of the room needs work. Some of the dishes provided were dirty and needed proper washing even though there was a dishwasher. When I check in, the expectation is that the dishes should not have food caked on them. I made sure to wash every dish before I used it. Also the sofa bed needs work, the mattress was stained. Despite all of that, we were comfortable. The provided breakfast was great. Just work on the cleanliness and we will stay here again.

The property is somewhat dated and does not compare to other properties in the area, The bed was not particularly comfortable, and they provided only feather pillows, not ideal for those with allergies. Had to search hard for a USB plug-in, which was only on the alarm clock and not easy to see. We also tried to turn the heat down and were not successful. I'm not sure if there was an override on the system to the manual changes we tried on the thermostat. I will say that due to the aged nature of the property, the nice thing about our room was the shower. It had not been updated yet with a "water saver" head and that made the water pressure WONDERFUL and a pleasant surprise. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was average and they needed to tend to the buffet a little better. They kept it stocked but did not clean the area until the kitchen closed. Counters were messy, food left dropped and things were sticky. If I were to return to the area I would look to try somewhere different.

This is a former Marriott property, and has really nice room design, even though some of it is a bit worn, dated, or tired. I was never willing to pay the rate when it was a Marriott, so this is a good compromise. Everything was good, nothing was actually terrible, and the price was good. Will stay again.

We had a pleasant stay. The pool is chlorinated and indoor, so be ready for that nasal-clearing air blast. The pool is very clean. We secured a suite and it was very comfortable. I had wanted to make more use of the kitchen area but as a large and tasty breakfast is provided, we didn’t need to! Looking forward to coming back when prices recede post-air show. Would stay again. Almost forgot!! Fox River Mall and Sheels is right behind us! You could walk it (we didn’t).
