「The gal checking us in could have been more welcoming. The cleaning staff was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed.」

「I booked through Expedia and 10 minutes later realize I booked the wrong day. I got ahold of Expedia right away and they said the hotel could not move the reservation because it was within 24 hours. I literally called to change it within 15 minutes of booking and Expedia and the hotel refused to fix it for me so I got charged for the night that was wrong.」

「This hotel opened in October so everything was new and very clean. The breakfast was standard, (eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, muffins, yogurt) and was very good. It has a pool, hottub amd exercise room. My only complaint was the unique smell. It might be from all the new material. I would highly recommend.」

「Wish I could give negative stars. This place is absolutely awful. Dirty, broken mess. My daughter stayed there and the reviews are absolutely made up. The place is filthy. There was mouse droppings, shower was broken, cigarette burns, just gross. She was told they’ve only been open for 5 days. WTH! I contacted expedia and tried to call the place but no one ever answers. Oh and the “breakfast “ nope! There is none」

「If stayed here a few days before. Including the same room I currently had book. The first day, I noticed the toilet was low flow. Also realized the room phone didn’t make calls out this time without the phone being on speaker. Me being the consumer I am I let it alone without raising a concern. The second day, the microwave overheats and the sink backed up. Which I unclogged myself. After staying up till 1 am while they pretended to fix repairs.
