「Great staff」

「service is good, but only one person in service. Kind of slow. The door key a little old. Over all is worth to stay. Swimming pool is the bonus point 」

「Check in was fast and went very smoothly. Joseph was very welcoming and engaging. I forgot my toothbrush and he was understanding and produced one from behind the desk. Room service was also timely AND delicious. The server who took my order was so nice and the two gals who delivered the food/drinks were very friendly and helpful. Positive experience all around!! 」

「I used to live in Neenah in the late 1980's so very familiar with Doubletree (used to be Valley Inn) and love the convenience of the location to downtown Neenah and family in area. Will always stay there when in area and would recommend highly.」

「I been on a travel assignment for a month the hotel was great I felt really safe the front desk staff was great also the house keeping kept my room clean I never had to call for service also all the staff knew me by name they also made sure I got breakfast every morning I always left 30 mins before breakfast was served and they made sure the food and coffe was hotel thank you guys for going above and beyond if I’m ever in the area again I will be staying 」
