「The staff was EXTREMELY accommodating and delightful! Continental breakfast is the BOMB! Compare it to any other and this one gets 1st place any day of the week! Cheese omelettes, hashbrowns, sausage, fresh pastries, yogurt, granola bars, cereal, coffee, and 4 types of fresh juice along with fresh fruit!!!! Unheard of these days…. 「Was nice to have a bar and restaurant in the hotel and loved the room. Will be staying there again.」

「Booked through Expedia, had the paperwork and the confirmation and Ho Jo said they had no record. Then wouldn’t engage with Expedia to give Me my money back. Two calls and over an hour Eventually got most of my money back but still have to call back again to get the insurance back. Guessing HoJo got a better offer for the room(s) as there were others affected. Super inconvenient. In town for an event ended up staying an hour away and missed some of the event.」

「The room and staff were great. The only issue I had was with the TV. There was no way to change the input channel or set up screen casting. It was annoying.」

「This place was horrible! dirty, no hand soap at the sink, people outside fighting and screaming all night. The bedding had stains all over the place! We puched a chair in front of the door and threw our luggage on top, thats how unsafe we felt! I would NEVER recommend this hotel!」

「Hotel had an issue and was totally shut down. I was not informed. I showed up to find the place closed down, finding a number posted in the office window, called and was told I would get a refund. After scrambling to find a room somewhere else, it took forever just to get a refund.」
