「Everything was amazing」

「Stayed here with a 2 and 5 year old. The window in our room was shattered with sharp edges of glass all over it upon arrival. Asked to be moved to a new room and staff said they already knew about the window and didn’t want to move me to a new room but after some arguing eventually got a new room」

「Place was clean and the staff helpful and friendly.」

「We are an elderly couple who wanted to go back to their room in the evening and watch TV. The TV was too complicated for us to do! We were asked to log in, etc. It needs to be easier for those who aren't into technical stuff. There were no instructions as to how to do it, just a QR code but we don't know how to use those. 」

「Rooms and staff were excellent! Very clean and friendly! Pool area nice however not all the jets on the inside hot tub worked and the outside hot tub could be warmer. I did have issues with my eyes burning due to the strong chemicals in the pool and hot tub inside. I understand that's all part of keeping them clean though. 👍 Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again if in the area!」
