「Hotel had an issue and was totally shut down. I was not informed. I showed up to find the place closed down, finding a number posted in the office window, called and was told I would get a refund. After scrambling to find a room somewhere else, it took forever just to get a refund.」

「Room key kept resetting, had to visit front desk 4 times to reset the key card to get access. Headache when told it should work and it didn’t. Overall, service and staff was friendly.」

「They double charged for the deposit and it has been over 2 weeks since I’ve inquired about my refunds. Still nothing. Their system recently upgraded apparently and when we checked in they couldn’t find my reservation and after 45 minutes they were able to locate it in their old system. Went up to our room and the housekeepers were in there cleaning it, mind you it’s after 7pm. So we went for dinner while they finished.」
