I have stayed here maybe 5-6 times in the last year. The driveway has always been a mess. This time they were starting repairs but I did not know about it until I checked in. They said because I made the reservation via a third party they did not have my phone and could not inform me. My first night they worked until after 6:00 right under my window, noise, vibration. I did not complain. The second day I had to move my car to the back lot by work start at 9:00 am but there is no door to enter from the back or the side (the side door was closed due to construction). That night I did not return until after 6:00. Just before 6:30 the following morning the crew was unloading wood which woke me and I could hear that noise over the fan running constantly. I was told that, gee, I saw there was going to be construction when I checked in, but yet I checked in. What was I supposed to do? I did not know their schedule of working on the drive. I had no other reservations for two nights. Little care on their part. Lots of other places to stay around there, as I go monthly to visit a friend in memory care. No refund happening.
