「Hotel had an issue and was totally shut down. I was not informed. I showed up to find the place closed down, finding a number posted in the office window, called and was told I would get a refund. After scrambling to find a room somewhere else, it took forever just to get a refund.」

「The hotel is close to the interstate and ATW airport. The staff was polite and helpful. The building and room shows a lot of wear and tear. The 2 upholstered chairs in the room were quite dirty / stained.」

「This was our first time staying here. The rooms were spacious and clean. The pool area was nice and the breakfast provided a good variety of food. Our only issue was that the key cards to get into our room kept not working, but the staff was very helpful in getting us new cards. I would definitely stay here again.」

「We checked in and immediately found a needle (things drugs) and a pacifier in the middle of the floor. The employee offered to give us a free night some other time. I’ll lever go back to this hotel. It’s full of rude people that obviously live there. Pathetic. We had such a great experience the first time we stayed here. This last time was so disappointing. Go anywhere else. The hot tub in our room was amazing, that’s the only good thing I have to say about this place.」

「It was absolutely disgusting, whatever you do don't lift the mattress up, you will find garbage everywhere!!! Don't try to use a shower, its broken and water sprays everywhere!!! And when you check out, be prepared!! There will be at least 6 workers standing right outside your door waiting for you to leave (not even 2 seconds after we checkout out) we had a few bags left to get into the van and all the workers from that hotel were all right outside my door in-between the door and my van,...
