「I booked through Expedia and 10 minutes later realize I booked the wrong day. I got ahold of Expedia right away and they said the hotel could not move the reservation because it was within 24 hours. I literally called to change it within 15 minutes of booking and Expedia and the hotel refused to fix it for me so I got charged for the night that was wrong.」

「Perfect Location, with a kwik trip a few mins away to grab necessities. Quiet, Clean, Friendly Staff in the morning when we went to grab our breakfast, pool and hot tub was GREAT! Temps just right! 7 hr drive & a 4 night stay, we will be staying again if I come back to the area.」

「Decent place to crash overnight. Staff is really nice. The pool temperature was colder than lake michigan, but my kids had fun. The main problem was that the bathroom in our room was dirty. I almost asked staff to hand me a mop to mop the floor myself. It was bad with other people's hair on the corner. Really unacceptable. The rest of the room was fine.」

Also realized the room phone didn’t make calls out this time without the phone being on speaker. Me being the consumer I am I let it alone without raising a concern. The second day, the microwave overheats and the sink backed up. Which I unclogged myself. After staying up till 1 am while they pretended to fix repairs.
