「Helpful staff, clean room, adequate breakfast, everything I expect from a hotel. I always stay at Residence as much as possible as I like the space and suite setting. This one does not disappoint us.」

「Absolutely beautiful view. Room was very clean, along with the entire property. It was self check in n out so that was super simple. We didn't take advantage of the breakfast portion as we had other plans. Only recommendation is to have ice on hand, they just have a limited amount on hand. Highly recommend staying with them. 「The hallway and room had a weird smell. It’s great that it had a refrigerator and small kitchen facilities, but there would be no way to cook anything since there are no utensils or cooking equipment. Someone would have to bring in all the equipment they need. If there was equipment to rent, that would be helpful to have a notification in the room. It looks like the bathroom counter was probably just redone, however, there were numbered stickers on it. I can say that the breakfast was a great...
