Room wasn’t very clean. Same with the hallways and stairways. Lots of garbage and dirt. Also myself and kids are still coughing from the chlorine exposure in the pool. Our eyes are red and burning and lungs hurt. Whatever the chlorine levels in the air were, it wasn’t safe. I won’t be returning.

Appeared to be a chlorine level spike in indoor hot tub causing spontaneous vomiting from a young boy and coughing and inability for my granddaughter to breathe. Saturday evening, January 17, 2026. 6 pm. We left the waterpark. Had arrived at 4 pm. Sunday, January 18, 9am. Checked the waterpark area for chlorine levels due to the fact that my granddaughter was afraid to return. Definitely difficult to breathe again and chose to leave the property without waterpark use. Very cool water in waterpark pools.

The room wasn’t super clean, room lighting is terrible. The room above us didn’t have a guardian in the room and the noise and thumping was horrendous, my grandkid cried himself to sleep. The bathtub drains super slow. And when you book, even though you enter five people staying, the booking is only for four so you will need to buy another water park wrist band and the resort fees were more than what was stated when we booked through Expedia.

The Waterpark is wonderful! The water temp and air temp within the park seemed a bit chilly though. The bathrooms/showers were also pretty icky. Upon check in at 4pm, our room was not ready. We checked back 3 different times before being able to check in almost 2 hours later. The room was questionable on cleanliness and a random plunger was sitting outside our door for the whole evening. The front desk personnel was very inconsiderate of the no rooms available upon check in situation, had no empathy, and quite rude as if that was their normal operating standards. Very disappointed in our stressful one night stay overall. We really wanted to love it. Please note that they did reimburse our resort fee and gave into my request of a late checkout after haggling. The experience overall was unpleasant and not ideal.

The room felt a bit dated, though it was still comfortable overall. The window treatment pull was broken, but we were able to adjust it ourselves. The AC/heater unit didn’t function properly. It appeared to be stuck on a high fan setting, with no ability to adjust the controls or turn it off. Additionally, the TV remote was missing some necessary buttons to change the input, so we had to manually adjust the TV itself before using the remote to change channels.

Room 109 was okay. There were things we noted: 1. Everything was very clean 2. There was a dangerous sharp board at the bottom of the fridge/microwave cabinet. 3. The toilet was easy to leave running and the housekeeping staff actually did leave it running. 4. Bathroom fan sounded like it was going to stop working and was loud. 5. The beds were quite uncomfortably firm. The place needs some renovation to keep attracting good families who are willing to pay. Water park: 1. It was clear algae was growing over by the bathroom entry wall, next to the water play structure. 2. There was so much chlorine in the hot tub your eyes would burn after a few minutes. 3. Rules were posted everywhere that none of the lifeguard staff or other staff were enforcing - 4-5 year olds in the hot tub, kids running through the lazy river without tubes, etc. Restaurants: 1. Food quality was iffy, especially at breakfast. It was a fairly pricy Buffett for the quality (powdered eggs?) Also the staff allowed coffee to run out to the point that there was a 20-30 minute wait for it! 2. Not nearly enough staff or cooks on a Monday night to serve a pre-holiday crowd. Overall though, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The place was very nice overall. A couple of small items would really improve the rating!

Air conditioners rattled like crazy as did the bathroom vent fan. Giant hole in one of the blankets and the living room light didn’t work. Water park was nice, staff was very friendly and the arcade was a hit. All good but the rooms need to be updated.

The air conditioning needs to be updated in the rooms. The room was very clean but the housekeeper never stopped by to clean our room which was odd. I would stay here again for a packers home game because it is very walkable to Lambeau Field.

We were in town with our kids (10 and 19) for a Packers game. This met our needs, as far as having entertainment outside of game day events, and was nice after being in the car for a long drive. The location was great for the game (very walkable). The rooms were not fancy, but sufficient for what we needed. We stayed in the “cabin” room with the bund beds. The bunk beds are not twin length, they are short, but good for kids that are under the age of 13 or not generally very tall. The pullout sofa was a full size and adequate for an adult, but it’s a pullout and what you’d expect from that. The pillows were excellent! The Waterpark is nice enough, but if it’s all you plan to do there, your older kids may lose interest. The arcade was very fun and the lobby is excellent. People were kind across the board. My advice, know what you’re getting. It’s a great location with some things to entertain your family for a good chunk of time, rather than cooping them up in a room. If you’re looking for a JW Marriott type of place, this is not it, but it serves its purpose. My only complaint, which is an issue just about everywhere, is that it’s a nonsmoking hotel, but there was frequent smells of cigarettes and marijuana in room halls, I assume coming out of other rooms. I wish hotel staff would address this and increase penalties for smoking in rooms.

Our room was not clean when we checked in. There was dried urine on the pull out couch that was covered with clean sheets. The extra blanket in the room had large brown stains and when we called for extra towels the staff sounded as if we were annoying them. Aside from this we would still come back as we enjoy the water park and environment but the house keeping needs to be improved for sure. Paying almost 400 dollars you’d expect clean bedding at the very least
