"Very clean rooms, friendly staff. Very nice to have a Starbucks because we were at a dance competition all weekend. All in all, great stay. Just wish there were microwaves in the rooms. "

"Check in was at 4, I was not able to get into my room until 6:30. Front desk was very apologetic but it was a big inconvenience. We ate at the bar in the hotel, and my chicken alfredo was spoiled sour. We stay here once a year as it is perfect size for swimming area but was very disappointed this year. "

"If you visit Oneida Casino Hotel you must stop by Cedar and Sage for dinner or some drinks. Koko, Eric and Jared were absolutely awesome!! They made our stay absolutely unforgettable. "

" The hot tub was nice, but overcrowded with young children and drunk adults drinking in the hot tub, when the sign states no food or drinks within 20 feet. But what really ruined my experience was when I checked I accidentally left my sephora bag on the front desk counter. When I discovered this the next morning, found out the manager took my bag to her home, rather than placing it in lost and found, then claimed it was an accident, when I saw her on camera taking it. I will not stay at a place that steals from guests!"

"The staff was so friendly and extremely helpful the building is old yes but in a really cool location our room is located on top of a dam which was really fun to sit and watch all the ducks and the sunset was gorgeous food in the area is great so many choices and then came breakfast three stars for the hotels amenities just because it's an older hotel and the breakfast was not to my standards I would have liked to sit down and eat something I don't know what's with all the hotels thinking bread is all people need to eat for breakfast I don't want a Danish with some sugary crap on it I wanted eggs with the sausage what's wrong with that"
