「Was not a fan of the fake balcony. I understand the ability to open the doors is nice but to have it look gated isn’t a good look and very uncomfortable with children. I’d almost rather a big window bay instead of what looks like a balcony」

「Used the pool. It was great! Staff was nice and friendly. They have some kind of reduced housekeeping, we stayed for 4 days and were supposed to get house keeping on day 3, but it didn't happen. We had to ask for towels. Pros: beds were comfy, great location, breakfast was decent, coffee was fantastic, room was spacious. Cons: housekeeping scheduling issue, one of the tv remotes did not work, and the television in the living area of the room was very dim and there was no way to change...
