The room was quite dirty and had a foul smell upon arriving. Like it had been cleaned with a very dirty, stinky rag and covered up with cleaning solution. Wall heater knob was broken and could not adjust the temperature, so, it was either extremely hot or freezing cold.

There wasn't any shampoo or conditioner. Room was fine otherwise. Had to wait a long time at bar since bartender had to wait on tables and serve food. The food on buffet wasn't hot, barely warm.

All of the above, room bathroom door locked and would not open, shower had mold above it. Our sheet covers had rips all over the sides from being so worn. The waterpark was so packed I can't believe they were not over the capacity limit. Tons of people with no bands on and carrying in food which meant the floors were disgusting to walk around. For the amount we paid for the room to not have a continental breakfast and had to pay an additional $45 is absurd.

Check in was at 4pm. Our room wasn't ready until 6:30pm. We had to change for the pool in the hallway with 2 toddlers. We arrived to swim at 2:45pm (like the website said we could). There was no place to store our luggage - the desk kindly let us store it behind them. When we were done swimming we expected to be able to get into our room because it was after check in time. Our room still hadn't been ready , thus leading us to get changed in the hallway and bathrooms again. We left for dinner and called to check on our room. They were unable to tell us over the phone whether the room was ready. We ventured back, thankfully it was ready. The front desk was kind and apologetic. We only had one night stay so this wasn't ideal paying $264 for essentially sleeping. We love the tundra lodge but this experience, especially with kids, really turned us off.

Room wasn’t available for check- in until 5:25pm. After expressing disappointment I was told there was no eta. Then the manager said well we only have 3 housekeepers to 70 rooms. It was also stated that there may have been late check outs. Housekeeping, short stand then late checkout should not be allowed. Paying customers shouldn’t have to wait to check in. 1star!

Dirty room! Also the lack of room for guests due to the out side public being able to utilize waterpark. The staff was so unbelievably rude! I would never go back the hotel was just disgusting all around!

Room wasn’t very clean. Same with the hallways and stairways. Lots of garbage and dirt. Also myself and kids are still coughing from the chlorine exposure in the pool. Our eyes are red and burning and lungs hurt. Whatever the chlorine levels in the air were, it wasn’t safe. I won’t be returning.

Appeared to be a chlorine level spike in indoor hot tub causing spontaneous vomiting from a young boy and coughing and inability for my granddaughter to breathe. Saturday evening, January 17, 2026. 6 pm. We left the waterpark. Had arrived at 4 pm. Sunday, January 18, 9am. Checked the waterpark area for chlorine levels due to the fact that my granddaughter was afraid to return. Definitely difficult to breathe again and chose to leave the property without waterpark use. Very cool water in waterpark pools.

The room wasn’t super clean, room lighting is terrible. The room above us didn’t have a guardian in the room and the noise and thumping was horrendous, my grandkid cried himself to sleep. The bathtub drains super slow. And when you book, even though you enter five people staying, the booking is only for four so you will need to buy another water park wrist band and the resort fees were more than what was stated when we booked through Expedia.

The Waterpark is wonderful! The water temp and air temp within the park seemed a bit chilly though. The bathrooms/showers were also pretty icky. Upon check in at 4pm, our room was not ready. We checked back 3 different times before being able to check in almost 2 hours later. The room was questionable on cleanliness and a random plunger was sitting outside our door for the whole evening. The front desk personnel was very inconsiderate of the no rooms available upon check in situation, had no empathy, and quite rude as if that was their normal operating standards. Very disappointed in our stressful one night stay overall. We really wanted to love it. Please note that they did reimburse our resort fee and gave into my request of a late checkout after haggling. The experience overall was unpleasant and not ideal.
