"There was a HUGE snow storm this weekend while we were attending a dance competition at the hotel/casino. The staff was polite, helpful, and hardworking. Some staff was working night and day to make sure the guest had what they needed. They kept restaurants open so we had food. Towels and housekeeping was quick even though they were down many employees due to the storm. They should be very proud of all the hard work the employees put in during this time."

"We had a pleasant stay at this hotel, very clean. Breakfast was delicious and warm (they also had cold options like cereal and yogurt). The hotel was in the same plaza as an Aldi, grocery store, and some restaurants. Would stay here again. "

"Chose not to give a refund on rooms that we couldn't occupy due to the storm/flight cancellations and gave very poor excuses for it."

"The room was not clean old food on the floor that my 1 year old put in her mouth. I am thoroughly, disgusted, and angry. dirty bedding. And 2 metal bars sticking out from the bed that I busted my ankle on. Arcade and water park was fun. Breakfast buffet was not so good food tasted like it was premade and reheated. Not worth the price i paid."

"If you're looking to visit Ireland but don't want to fly, this hotel, restaurant, and pub is the next best thing. The hotel has the look and feel of the family run hotels I have stayed at in Ireland. We clean, parking was great and within 5 minutes of the Green Bay Packers Stadium."
