Pros: all the staff we encountered were very nice and helpful. The grounds are nicely manicured. We didn’t try the pool but we noticed a large group of kids in there really enjoying themselves. We didn’t try any of the restaurants (we only stayed one night). The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the casino. Cons: unfortunately the interior of this hotel needs a deep cleaning. The hallway floors desperately need vacuuming and the microwaves in the ice vending machine area need to be cleaned & sanitized. Our room needed to be swept & mopped, dusted and sanitized. I like the idea of hardwood floors instead of carpet, but our floors were filthy. The tables were dusty, one was even sticky. The tray with the ice bucket was filthy...it had what looked like old food stuck to it. The bathroom floor was filthy. Although there was a mini-fridge in the room, we didn’t use it because it was filthy. Dark spots of what we think were mold were on the inside on the bottom and sides. We paid over $200 for one night and needless to say we were very disappointed.

Room didn’t seem the cleanest. Hair in bathtub, sheets were rumbled and I was curious if they even got changed since last guest. It was just a very uninviting room. The hotel room was a long walk to casino.

- Room was not made for the entire stay of 4 days. - Room so noisy I could hear me neighbors noises load and clear. - Sauna is small, anything but hot (I guess around 60 DEG C), lacks Thermometer and Hygrometer gauges. - Jacuzzi had masses of foam on top like someone had poured soup into it. - Swimming pool is so shallow at one end that swimming is impossible and will hurt your feet and knee. - Today I was for breakfast in the Restaurant a few minutes after opening. 2 Customers, 5 employees. From ordering Omelette to serving it was 32 minutes. Breakfast took 58 Minutes in total. - This hotel could do with a refurbishment and serious employee training.

There were no dressers or even a shelf in the closet so we had to keep our cloths in the suitcase all week. The vinyl floors were dirty and would make your socks black walking around the room. Even after they mopped, still black socks. Really poor lighting and deferred maintenance in our room, the property and public spaces were very well maintained.

The room we got was not even turned over from the previous guests. It was my birthday and we needed two queen beds. I was traveling with my son. They put us in another room that had one king bed and had to bring us a roller bed the AC was not working in the room. It was almost 80° all night.

We had to check in twice and the AC in our room was very old and crappy. It was 74 degrees outside, and we couldn’t get our room below 73 degrees. Maintenance said, “sorry”.

It was just okay. It did what needed to be done as far as a hotel. The pool and hot tub were the best part. The food options were a little pricey for the quality so eat somewhere else. The room was clean, a little disappointing to not have a microwave and the shower was rather small for having a premium king room. The lobby was nice and seemed like a nice sitting area for casual chit before you head to the slots or out for the night.
