"I booked this hotel for the breakfast. Super disappointed. Rock hard biscuits at 6:30am. Choices were just ok. No salsa, hot sauce for cold eggs. Many hotel choices in green by, not choosing this one again"

"Clean, updated rooms and what looked like fresh paint and carpet in the corridors. Friendly, helpful staff. Negatives were a desk chair in the room that wouldn’t adjust, a longer than expected wait when checking in due to receptionist helping people on the phone, an in-room freezer that was iced up and as a result had a broken door."

"Room was clean except for small staining on blanket - not a huge deal. Very nice room, stayed in one of the romantics, well decorated, relaxing, fun. Staff was very nice at checkin and checkout, didnt interact with other staff. No complaints. "

"Check in was at 4, I was not able to get into my room until 6:30. Front desk was very apologetic but it was a big inconvenience. We ate at the bar in the hotel, and my chicken alfredo was spoiled sour. We stay here once a year as it is perfect size for swimming area but was very disappointed this year. "

"If you visit Oneida Casino Hotel you must stop by Cedar and Sage for dinner or some drinks. Koko, Eric and Jared were absolutely awesome!! They made our stay absolutely unforgettable. "

"Water Spa amenities was closed off for Valentine’s Day to people who just had reserved spa treatments. They did not advertise it would be closed, and we came just for that. We were disappointed."
