"Check in was super easy. The front desk staff was super helpful and suggested the free shuttle when I asked about Uber. The room was clean and comfy. Dave the shuttle driver was awesome, he made the trip to Fiserv (and back) enjoyable and kept our crew safe. Check out was easy. The only thing: says parking onsite, I never did see that it's $20 to park in the ramp/garage. No big deal, it was safe parking. "

"Breakfast was a $25 buffet. It was mediocre at best. The room was clean, with the exception of the tile in the shower. Lower portion is orange. Parking is a scam. They charge you and have you request a garage ticket. At no point, in our four days, were we required to use the ticket. The gate opens and closes without proof of occupancy or payment. "

"Dirty room. Staff told me towels weren’t included so we bought them, they were. Pools were so cold my kid didn’t want to use them. Rooms are not internal to park, you’re walking outside and this wasn’t notated anywhere. It was cold pools were freezing including hot tub. We went to swim at another resort. "

"This hotel feels quite outdated, and the staff were neither accommodating nor welcoming. A major disappointment was the restaurant being closed, which wasn’t mentioned at the time of booking. Additionally, the indoor pool was freezing. When I brought this up, the staff member insisted the heater was on, even though he had just arrived for his shift. While the water in the jacuzzi was lukewarm, the jets were completely non-functional, making it little more than a soaking tub. Walls between rooms are thin, we could hear people talking, plus slamming doors. Small bathroom, lack of lighting to get ready near bathroom. The only saving grace was that the bed was actually very comfortable, which we appreciated and we loved the view from our balcony."
