「This was an awful experience. Reserved a room the week before our arrival. Called day if to let them know that we'd be checking in late. When we got there they didn't have a room for us. Offered us their last available room. It was disgusting! The room was dirty, had a horrible stench and we saw what looked to be a cockroach squirm across the floor. We ended up leaving.」

「This is a former Marriott property, and has really nice room design, even though some of it is a bit worn, dated, or tired. I was never willing to pay the rate when it was a Marriott, so this is a good compromise. Everything was good, nothing was actually terrible, and the price was good. Will stay again.」
