「The room and staff were great. The only issue I had was with the TV. There was no way to change the input channel or set up screen casting. It was annoying.」

「There is no elevator in this hotel and it’s not listed they don’t have one. I had elderly people that had a rough time with the steps with me and they were fully booked so they couldn’t put us on the lower level.」

「Worst Hotel you could possibly stay at in Oshkosh. We booked a room for an employee. We forgot to change to name to him. Hotel contacted us to rebook to change the name. They charged us for 2 separate rooms, and refuse to refund the 2nd room. Worthless pieces of trash.」

「The staff was EXTREMELY accommodating and delightful! Continental breakfast is the BOMB! Compare it to any other and this one gets 1st place any day of the week! Cheese omelettes, hashbrowns, sausage, fresh pastries, yogurt, granola bars, cereal, coffee, and 4 types of fresh juice along with fresh fruit!!!! Unheard of these days…. 「The room was old and outdated. The water ran brown in the shower. It was way overpriced for what you actually get. It smelled bad. I would never stay there again.」

「This place was horrible! dirty, no hand soap at the sink, people outside fighting and screaming all night. The bedding had stains all over the place! We puched a chair in front of the door and threw our luggage on top, thats how unsafe we felt! I would NEVER recommend this hotel!」
