"Disappointed in the lack of accessible features even the front door's button to access the door coming and going didn't work and for people already struggling with bags trying to hold the door and bring bags in a struggle let alone a handicapable person. Breakfast was okay towels were refreshed but beds not made seemed bare minimum in many places. "

"Could be cleaner. Staff was kind and helpful. Pool was nice - hot tub needed cleaning and more water. Breakfast was eggs sausage biscuit and gravy and waffles, cereal yogurt, breads. Fruit only on weekends. Like coffee was available all day. Bathrooms needed cleaning to be finished with repair in pool area. Carpet needed vacuuming but room was clean. Appreciated clean towels sheets etc-"
