「This was an awful experience. Reserved a room the week before our arrival. Called day if to let them know that we'd be checking in late. When we got there they didn't have a room for us. Offered us their last available room. It was disgusting! The room was dirty, had a horrible stench and we saw what looked to be a cockroach squirm across the floor. We ended up leaving.」

Even though my wife is included in my profile they could not get in. My wife, daughter, and daughter-in-law had copies of the reservation but they would not honor them. 「We asked for an early check in. When we arrived, we were told they would call us when our room was available. We went to lunch, came back and still not ready. Ending up getting ready for event in the lobby and having access to our room an hour after regular check in time. 」
