「Hot tub was not in service. Pool was nice but hours were very limited. 9am-9pm, which did not afford early leavers to get in a morning swim. Sink was visibly clogged with good. Staff were friendly and helpful.」

「Front desk staff was incredibly helpful when we couldn’t access a particular TV channel we wanted to watch on our room TV, immediately coming to our room to help troubleshoot. I appreciate the kitchenette with full size frig and stove top when visiting Green Bay for the Bellin Run. Location is awesome for this event as well!」

「I never got to check in. The door to office was open but staff was nonexistent. I rang the bell several times. I called the motel from my cell several times all to no avail. It will become a problem if I end up paying for the stay that didn't happen.」

「The staff was amazing! There were a couple room issues we brought to the staff's attention, which they handled promptly. The bed was comfy. Room was great. The only downfall of the room was how loud the AC unit is when it kicks on...unfortunately I'm a light sleeper and woke up almost everytime it turned on. Overall, I would recommend.」

「It’s an older property and needs a lot of repairs but you can tell they are doing the best they can.」

「The room wasn’t very clean. There was gross grime in the corners of the bathroom, the walls in the room hand splatter stains, and just overall dingy. The pool area had garbage and stuff on the ground. It seemed to never have been picked up and the tables always dirty. Not wiped down after people had sat and eaten at them. The front desk staff gave us wrong directions on which way to get to the room and wrong door number to enter from parking lot. Room towels weren’t replaced unless asked. The...

「Pros: for the price, this place is a good spot if you have kids. My daughter loved the pool area, which was clean and seemed maintained. Cons: Our tub wouldn’t drain and we reported it on the first day; we stayed 3 nights but no one ever came to fix it. We asked for clean towels and a room refresh on the third day and were told that was no problem but it hadn’t been done when we got in that evening. Things were generally clean but we found popcorn, candy and trash around and behind the beds.」
