「The beds were very uncomfortable and the extra pillows and blankets had food and hair on them. The cleanliness of the rooms was lacking for the price. 」

「Not only idyllic, with the flower arrangements and “wildlife”, but every one of the employees I interacted with, were friendly, helpful and generally “good people”. From the first person I met at the desk, Deborah, then Dan, Erin, Kelsey, the “omelette” chef (I think her name was Danielle) and the restaurant hostess (whose name I can’t remember, but I do remember it was her 2nd day), ALL were phenomenal. 「Hotel was under renovation, unfortunately that was not disclosed at time of booking. My room had missing light blubs in fixtures on bedside wall. I notified the front desk and was told they would look into it, but when I returned back to room 5 hours later, nothing had changed and same person was at front desk and never told us about not fixing the problem. So, my room was very dark and hard to see.」
