「Older hotel but has been remodeled clean, comfortable bed, friendly staff」

「I booked a stay for five nights. After the first night, housekeeping took all of my husband's medication, his charger, his shoes, and his personal hygiene items—claiming they threw them in the trash. I don't understand why they would do that; since I had a five-night reservation, their only job was to clean, not to take personal belongings.」

The only downfall of the room was how loud the AC unit is when it kicks on...unfortunately I'm a light sleeper and woke up almost everytime it turned on. Overall, I would recommend.」

「If you drive a truck or bigger vehicle this parking lot is not for you. The way it's set up you'll be lucky not to back into another car. As soon as we walked into the lobby we were blasted with s very strong ammonia, cat pee smell. This smell carried throughout the halls so badly it made me not want to breath. My boyfriend could smell it faintly in our room, but I couldn't. We only got one key card for our room. We opted for the jacuzzi tub and when we went to use it the water was shut off to...

The pool area had garbage and stuff on the ground. It seemed to never have been picked up and the tables always dirty. Not wiped down after people had sat and eaten at them. The front desk staff gave us wrong directions on which way to get to the room and wrong door number to enter from parking lot. Room towels weren’t replaced unless asked. The...
