「Check in was painless contactless easy. Small but clean room.」

「My girl friend and I wanted a get away weekend for Valentines day. After we checked in we were informed that the pool was closed for unknown reasons and we could drive three miles to another hotel to use their pool. We were also told that the water was being shut off at 9:00 am on our last day. Add in the constant dog barking down the hall and my perfect weekend wasn't so perfect.」

「We booked this facility so we didn't have to drive to eat and have a couple drinks but after we checked in we were told the bar and restaurant were closed. And there was no one available for 5 days to discuss a refund. We checked out. The rooms were clean but very dated and bleach stains all over the carpet」

「The room and common areas were clean, but more than that, the manager, Robin is a friendly, helpful, down to earth manager that keeps me going back. She will go out of her way to help a customer and with a smile. For example, this last stay, my ride was almost two hours past check out time. I Knew they were going to be super busy, so I couldn’t stay in the room late. She was able to clean my room last to give me as much time as she could while I waited for my ride. 「Everything in room was functional.. in need of paint and minor repairs. Spa tub worked perfectly. Bed was comfy. The room itself was reasonably clean. Staff was ok. Cordial enough..」
